About FairSplit

FairSplit is built for the disputes that are too small for court but too important to ignore: a shared purchase, a deposit, a reimbursement, or a marketplace deal that went wrong.

Both people submit a concise account, and a neutral peer panel reviews the same evidence before returning a clear decision. Our goal is not to turn every disagreement into a legal proceeding. It is to give everyday conflict a fair endpoint before it damages a relationship or consumes more time than it is worth.

We take neutrality, panel quality, consent, privacy, and jurisdictional limits seriously. Cases remain private by default, sharing requires clear consent, and FairSplit states plainly when an outcome is a personal commitment rather than regulated arbitration.
